Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Krushi Staff platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Role

Krushi Staff acts as an intermediary connecting Job Providers ("Providers") with Workers ("Workers"). We do not directly employ Workers. The employment relationship, if any, is established strictly between the Provider and the Worker.

3. Account Registration

  • Verification: All users must register using a valid mobile number verified via OTP. Platform access may be restricted until profile verification is complete.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Wallet

  • Wallet System: All financial transactions on the Platform are processed through the Krushi Staff Wallet. Providers must preload funds to post jobs.
  • Escrow: Upon job posting, the estimated total cost is held in escrow. Funds are released to workers only upon successful job completion and attendance verification.
  • Withdrawals: Workers can request withdrawals from their wallet to their linked bank account or UPI ID. Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans change, but late cancellations affect workers' livelihoods.

  • More than 12 Hours Notice: If a job is cancelled by the Provider more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, 100% of the blocked funds will be refunded to the Provider's wallet.
  • Less than 12 Hours Notice: If cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time, no refund will be issued to the Provider. 10% of the job value will be distributed to the matched workers as a compensation fee, and the remainder retained as a platform administrative fee.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
  • Bypass the platform to solicit services or payments directly (Platform Circumvention).

7. Limitation of Liability

Krushi Staff is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed or the conduct of any user.
